Pets of all kinds are being submitted into the 2nd annual Puppy Love Pet Photo Contest. It’s easy to submit a photo and the winner with the most votes gets Pugh’s Flowers Romance Package, which includes one dozen long stemmed red roses, cuddly teddy bear, festive Valentine’s Day balloon and a box of gourmet chocolates.
