Pugh’s Flowers is a family owned and operated floral design firm. We operate four floral design centers in the greater Memphis & Southaven area. Pugh’s Flowers was started in 1976 by Bill Pugh and his partner. Over the past 40 years, Pugh’s Flowers has grown into one of the premier flower shops in the country. The flower shop is currently owned and operated by Tim, Michael and Mark. Bill Pugh’s three sons. We operate three retail flower shops in Memphis, and another in Southaven, Mississippi. Along with our floral design business, the brothers also operate Pugh’s Earthworks, Rosie’s Pest Control and a new business that will be opening soon, called Pugh’s Lawn.
Pugh’s Flowers imports the freshest cut flowers daily from around the world for our flower delivery. Helping Hands Partners with Pugh’s Flowers
Pugh's Flowers is very pleased that we can partner with so many non-profit organizations in the Mid-south area. Here is a little about how it works. Helping Hands was designed as a way to continuously give something back to our community all year long. With each order a customer can choose to have Pugh's Flowers make a donation to one of our participating organizations. Simply select the "Helping Hands" pull down menu on the order form and choose an organization receive your contribution. Our Helping Hands program encourages customers to take advantage of our service when sending flowers across town or even around the world online. Pugh's Flowers Helping Hands program is easy for an organization to implement and free to join. Simply get the word out to parents, families and friends. Orders are tracked and donation checks are sent directly to the treasurer at the beginning of every month. The new year is a time for new beginnings, and by the time December 31 rolls around, many people welcome the chance to start fresh and leave the past in the past. Why else would over one million people watch the famous ball drop in New York City’s Times Square every year, while almost one billion people watch the televised spectacle? Australia’s Sydney Harbour welcomes over one million people every year to watch fireworks over the water, and fireworks over the Thames are a custom in London. How we celebrate depends on where in the world we are on the last day of the year because New Year’s traditions differ from country to country.
