Pugh’s Flowers was started in 1976 by Bill Pugh and his partner. Over the past 40 years, Pugh’s Flowers has grown into one of the premier flower shops in the country. The flower shop is currently owned and operated by Tim, Michael and Mark. Bill Pugh’s three sons. We operate three retail flower shops in Memphis, and another in Southaven, Mississippi. Along with our floral design business, the brothers also operate Pugh’s Earthworks, Rosie’s Pest Control and a new business that will be opening soon, called Pugh’s Lawn.
Pugh’s Flowers imports the freshest cut flowers daily from around the world for our flower delivery. Thanksgiving Decorations, Pugh’s Flowers Memphis
Here are some suggestions from our friends at Mayfield Florist. Flowers can be used as a low centerpiece -with or without candles- to create a main focal point for your table. They can be floated in vases or glasses to create a simple and elegant cluster or placed in a line across the center of the table. Individual flowers could be placed on top of an individuals plate as a place marker to welcome them to the table. Flowers can be mixed with fruits or vegetables in an arrangement to complement the seasonal food on the table. Fall leaves and flowers can be scattered across the center of the table as a natural table runner or around the platters on a buffet table. Topiaries can be placed at the ends of a buffet table to accentuate the food. Keepsake containers can be used to create a special holiday centerpiece and saved for the next years decorations.

What a beautiful time of year! The falling leaves are proof that winter is just around the corner. Beautiful centerpieces can be created easily using fresh fruit and leaves from the yard. An arrangement of pears makes a wonderful centerpiece. Choose fruit in bright green, golden yellow, or russet red -- either fresh or artificial -- and pile into a pretty bowl. Carry the fall theme through with some oak leaves (or any other type of fall leaf), acorns, and mini crab apples for a bit more color. All finished!
